VisibleImpact is hosted in Switzerland in a bank-grade hosting center. We always use SSL encryption to securely transmit data. You can find more information on data security here.
Yes, you can cancel, up and downgrade your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll be able to use the service for the remainder of the period for which you've already paid, but you will not be charged the following billing cycle.
