Data Reliability

VisibleImpact continuously replicates your data between physical locations to prevent data loss. We also store regular backups and have the ability to perform point-in-time recovery for more granular data recovery.

Data Privacy

All data access in VisibleImpact is subject to multiple checks to ensure users outside your organisation or company cannot modify your data without you explicitly giving them access within VisibleImpact.

Secure Application Development

VisibleImpact follows best practices in all areas of application security and guards against common web attacks.

When you exchange data with VisibleImpact , we use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the transmission of your data to our servers, which helps protect your data.

Physical Security

• All of VisibleImpact's application and database servers are hosted in secure, ISO 27001 audited data centers. The application servers are located in Switzerland.
• Image and file data storage is provided via trusted Amazon Cloud hosting services. The Amazon servers are located around the world.
• Credit cards numbers are stored only on Stripe and are not transmitted to VisibleImpact nor the beneficiary organisations.
